When you purchase a package for Services only, you will have gift certificates mailed to the address you provide at checkout.**We can also e-mail you an E-Certificate for convenience or last minute orders. (Please call or e-mail [email protected] if you would like an E-Certificate sent to you)
If you have purchased a package of Spa Products only, you must pick them up at our Location.
If you purchased a package including Spa Products & Services, the spa products are for pickup only at our Location. The gift certificate for services will be for pickup as well, unless you send us an email asking for it to be mailed to the address you provide during checkout.
Please give us 7-10 days to have your Spa Products ready for pickup. If you need a rush order, please email us.
Please give 3-5 days to have your Gift Certificates ready for pickup. Please give 5-10 days to have your Gift Certificates put in the mail. Please give 1-2 days to have an E-Certificate e-mailed to you.
Skin Care by Carlita Ballard is not responsible for any mishaps due to mail service, although we will try our best to accommodate. Please email us if you have any problems or concerns! If you want to be sure to have everything in due time & to make sure nothing is lost, please pick up at our location.
